A unique accrual identifier is indicated in situations where it is owned by the person who will receive the corresponding funds as a result of their payment. In this case, the recipient must independently convey to the payer information about the number of his unique identifier in accordance with the agreement. As a result, the recipient’s bank checks the UIN and thereby controls payments under the transaction or agreement.
If a payment to the budget of our state is necessary, then a unique accrual identifier is generated based on the requirements of regulatory documents. Such requirements are established by the federal executive branch together with the Central Bank.
