Moscow payments

  • families with disabled children

Benefit for early pregnancy registration

One-time benefit for the birth of a child

  • passport;
  • statement;
  • child's birth certificate;
  • birth certificate in form No. F24 (issued at the registry office or maternity hospital);
  • a certificate that the one-time child benefit was not received from the social protection department;
  • SNILS;
  • a certificate from the Criminal Code or Housing Department stating that the child lives with the applicant.

It is better to take documents from both spouses. If there is no second parent, then you will need a certificate of divorce or death of the spouse. When applying to social security, the application must indicate the details of the bank account where the funds will be transferred.

The amount of one-time compensation in Moscow is:

  • 5,808 rubles for the first-born in the family;
  • 15,312 rubles at the birth of each subsequent child;
  • 52,800 rubles if the mother gave birth to triplets at once.

Compensations are paid only when newborns are born alive. At the birth of triplets, the mother receives 52,800 rubles for all of them, as well as an additional 5,808 for the first-born (if the woman did not have children before) and 15,312 for the other two.

Muscovites are also given a baby kit upon discharge from the maternity hospital. It includes more than 40 items with essentials: diapers, toys, dishes and so on.

One-time metropolitan compensation: types and grounds

Muscovites have the right to count not only on an additional one-time benefit in connection with the birth of a child, but also on one-time monetary compensation for expenses incurred by parents after the birth of a baby:

You must apply for compensation payment no later than 6 months from the date of birth (adoption) of the child. Missing this deadline deprives parents of these social benefits. Required documents

When applying for the appointment of a child benefit in Moscow in 2021, parents need to draw up an application in the established form, accompanying the request with the following documentation:

  • a copy of a civil passport;
  • a copy of the SNILS certificate;
  • birth certificates of babies;
  • certificates from the migration department confirming Moscow registration and cohabitation with children;

Maternity benefits (maternity benefits)

How is family income calculated?

Family composition

The family composition taken into account when calculating the average per capita family income includes:

  • parent (including adoptive parent);
  • guardian;
  • spouse;
  • minor children.

Not taken into account:

  • persons serving a sentence of imprisonment;

  • persons undergoing compulsory treatment by court decision;
  • persons deprived of parental rights;
  • persons who are fully supported by the state.

Types of income

When calculating the average per capita family income, the following types of family income are taken into account:

received in cash:

  1. remuneration for the performance of labor or other duties, including compensation and incentive payments, remuneration for work performed, service rendered, action performed in the Russian Federation. At the same time, remuneration of directors and other similar payments received by members of the management body of an organization (board of directors or other similar body) - a tax resident of the Russian Federation, the location (management) of which is the Russian Federation, are considered as income received from sources in the Russian Federation, regardless from the place where the management responsibilities assigned to these persons were actually performed or from where the payments of these remunerations were made;
  2. pensions, benefits, scholarships and other similar payments received by a citizen in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and (or) the legislation of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation or received from a foreign organization in connection with the activities of its separate division in the Russian Federation;
  3. payments to successors of deceased insured persons in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on compulsory pension insurance;
  4. compensation paid by a state body or public association for the performance of state or public duties;
  5. monetary allowance (salary) of military personnel, employees of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, institutions and bodies of the penal system, compulsory enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, customs authorities of the Russian Federation and other bodies in which the legislation of the Russian Federation provides for the passage of federal public service related to law enforcement activities, as well as additional payments of a permanent nature, and food provision (monetary compensation in exchange for food rations), established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The income of each family member is taken into account before taxes in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Family income received in foreign currency is converted into rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation established on the date of actual receipt of this income.
