About the SZV-TD form
The SZV-TD form was approved by Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation dated December 25, 2019 N 730p.
Information in the form SZV-TD ( Information on the labor activity of a registered person ) should be submitted to the territorial body of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at the place of registration of the employer.
In 2021, SZV-TD information must be submitted to the Pension Fund on a monthly basis no later than the 15th day of the month following the reporting month. The first report will be due on February 17, 2021 (postponed due to the fact that February 15, 2021 is a holiday).
Starting from 04/27/2020, when dismissing or hiring an employee, the SZV-TD should be submitted no later than the working day following the day the corresponding order (instruction) is issued.

The SZV-TD can be submitted electronically, and if the number of employees is less than 25 people, then submission on paper is allowed.
Which report form to use?
SZV-TD is enshrined in the resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation “On approval of the form and format of information about the work activity of a registered person, as well as the procedure for filling it out.”
The official name of the SZV-TD form is “Information on the labor activity of a registered person.” The 2020 SZV-TD sample looks like this:
As you can see, the new report includes:
- name of the policyholder (acceptable in Latin);
- its registration number in the Pension Fund system;
- employer's tax identification number and checkpoint;
- the reporting month;
- calendar year;
- personal data of an individual (full name) with whom there is or was an employment relationship in the reporting month (including a part-time worker or remote worker);
- information about hiring, indicating (if any) the structural unit of the insured;
- SNILS;
- name of the position (work), specialty, profession indicating qualifications (rank, class, category, skill level) (if any);
- date of personnel event;
- information about transfers to another job;
- information about dismissal, grounds for termination of the employment contract;
- data of the order (instruction) of another decision or document of the policyholder, which is the basis for formalizing the employment relationship (name, number, date).
- information about filing or canceling an application for a particular type of work record;
- date of preparation and information about the person who signed the report.

What information is included in SZV-TD
The form is not filled out for all employees, but only for those working under an employment contract (including part-time employees and employees working remotely), for whom one of the events occurred in the reporting month:
- hired,
- fired,
- other personnel changes, namely: transfer, establishment of a second and subsequent profession or other qualification, cancellation of earlier events,
- Submission by an employee of an application to continue maintaining a work book in paper form or to switch to an electronic work book.
When submitting the SZV-TD for the first time for an employee, it is necessary, in addition to the events with which the submission of the report is associated, to indicate information about his personnel status as of January 1, 2021. That is. The last personnel event that occurred on the eve of January 1, 2020 should be shown.
If during 2021 none of the events in connection with which the SZV-TD form is submitted occurs for the employee, then information on labor activity as of January 1, 2021 will need to be submitted by February 15, 2021.
Reporting Frequency
If the company has been renamed, then every month it submits reports regarding all employees. Otherwise, the document is drawn up only for employees who have had one or another personnel event. For example, dismissal or transfer.
When the reporting month has ended, employers have 15 days to prepare and submit documentation.

What does the SZV-TD form look like?
The header of the SZV-TD reflects:
- registration data for the organization (registration number in the Pension Fund of Russia, name, INN, KPP)
- information about the employee (full name, date of birth, SNILS).
- information about the reporting period (codes from 1 to 12).
- date of submission of the Application to continue maintaining the work record book and/or the Application to provide information on labor activity . To be completed by the employer to whom the corresponding application was submitted.
The tabular part is filled out by type of event, each of which is assigned its own code:
- 1 - hiring;
- 2 - translation;
- 3 - renaming the employer;
- 4 - establishment (assignment) of a profession, specialty or other qualification;
- 5 - dismissal;
- 6 - prohibition to hold a position (type of activity)
It also states here:
- Date of admission, transfer, dismissal
- Position, profession, specialty, qualification, structural unit - filled in accordance with the staffing table
If, in accordance with Federal laws, the performance of work in positions (specialties, professions) is associated with the provision of benefits or the presence of restrictions, then the names of these positions (specialties, professions) must comply with the names and requirements provided for in the relevant qualification reference books, the provisions of professional standards or job registers.
- Function code (if available) - will be filled in from January 1, 2021.
- Article, clause of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, federal law, reasons for dismissal.
- Information on the supporting documents (name, number and date of the document).
What has changed in SZV-STAZH?
The updated form has been updated in accordance with the current epidemiological situation: a new code “VIRUS” has been introduced for workers providing assistance to citizens infected with coronavirus. Insured person category codes have also been added for employees of companies and individual entrepreneurs belonging to small and medium-sized businesses and socially-oriented non-profit organizations.
Employers are required to comply with the format for submitting the report (clause 2 of article 8 of the Federal Law of 01.04.1996 No. 27-FZ):
- if there are 25 or more people in the report, only electronic submission is possible;
- if the report is submitted for 24 people or less, paper format is allowed.
Implementation of the SZV-TD form in ZUP 3
The SZV-TD form is implemented in ZUP 3.1.10.305 and 3.1.12.113 .

The SZV-TD form is implemented in the form of the document Information on the work activities of SZV-TD employees .
The document can be entered from the new journal Electronic work books (Personnel - See also - Electronic work books or Reporting, certificates - Electronic work books) or from the 1C-Reporting .
The data in the document is filled in automatically by clicking the Fill :
The document should include employees of the organization for whom hiring, transfer or dismissal were registered in the reporting month. Since the program document Personnel transfer records events such as, for example, an increase in an employee’s tariff rate or a change in schedule, which should not be reflected in the employee’s work book, a special checkbox was implemented Hiring , Personnel transfer and Dismissal Reflect in the work book , and personnel changes marked with this checkbox are included in the SZV-TD form:
Starting with the releases of ZUP 3.1.10.348 or 3.1.13.120, personnel events can also be registered with a special document Registration of labor activity (Personnel - Electronic work books - Registration of labor activity).

In the SZV-TD form, in addition to the actual information about the personnel event, it is also necessary to reflect information on applications submitted by employees: about continuing to maintain a work book and / or about providing information about work activity (switching to an electronic work book). If these applications are registered in the program, then information on them will be “pulled up” in SZV-TD automatically.

How to fill out SZV-K
The form consists of the following sections:
- Information about the insured person. Includes: SNILS, full name, date of birth and place of residence. This information is filled in based on your passport and insurance certificate. For the “territorial living conditions” indicator, an empty value is acceptable in the absence of supporting documents.
- Type of reporting form. Select from the suggested types and check the box. Initial - when submitting information for the first time, corrective - when changing the information of the original SZV-K about the length of service or other information about the insured person, canceling - to cancel previously provided information.
- Periods of activity. The section includes information about the periods of work experience of the insured person until December 31, 2001, based on the work record book. Fill in the name of the organization, activity code (required). To determine it, we use Appendix No. 1 of the Pension Fund Resolution No. 485p.
Let's look at a clear example of filling out SZV-K. The conditions for filling out are as follows:
GBOU DOD SDYUSSHOR "ALLUR" received a notification from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation about the provision of information on employee Sergeev Sergey Sergeevich. According to the work book records, there is information that Sergeev S.S. works at the GBOU DOD SDYUSSHOR "ALLUR" in the position of "building maintenance worker":
- the employment contract with GBOU "ALLUR" was concluded on August 21, 2014;
- from 03/23/1980 to 03/25/1985 - work as a “turner” at the Stroyka enterprise (an area equated to the regions of the Far North);
- from 03.03.1986 to 04.11.1988 - work as a “general worker” at the Chaika enterprise (region of the Far North);
- from 11/14/1988 to 04/01/1999 - work as a “gas cutter” at the enterprise “Plant No. 12” (the position is classified as work with difficult working conditions).

Information about the labor function code
One of the fields of the SZV-TD form is the Function Code (if available) . According to the filling rules, this field must be filled out from January 1, 2021 . if available .
In the Code field of the function being performed (if available), indicate the corresponding code, consisting of seven alphanumeric characters in the format “ХХ.ХХХ-Х-Х”, where:
- the first five digital characters, separated by a dot, are the code for the name of the type of professional activity (Section I of the professional standard), containing a generalized labor function, which includes the work performed by the employee by position (profession), specialty (Section III of the professional standard);
- the last two alphanumeric characters (Section II of the professional standard) are the letter character of the generalized labor function code and the digital character - the level of qualification to which this generalized labor function belongs.

Indication of the reason for dismissal
If the SZV-TD form is filled out upon the dismissal of an employee, then the reason for dismissal must be indicated in the form:
According to the filling rules, the reason for termination of the employment contract must be indicated without any abbreviations in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or other federal law and an indication of the subparagraph, paragraph, part of the article of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or other federal law that is the basis for dismissal.
Please note that in the paper SZV-TD there is only one column for the reason for dismissal, but in the electronic format there are two columns: separately the basis for dismissal, and separately - the reason:

Information about the base document
When reflecting personnel events (hires, transfers, dismissals, etc.) in the SZV-TD , the details of the basis document (order, instruction) with which this event was formalized are indicated.
According to the rules for filling out the SZV-TD form, the following information must be indicated on the basis document:
- in the Document Name - the name of the document confirming the registration (termination) of the employment relationship (hiring, transfer, suspension, dismissal, etc.). The name of the document may include: order (instructions), decision or other document of the policyholder;
- in the Date - the date of the document;
- in the Document number - the number of the order (instruction) or other document without indicating the “N” sign.
At the same time, more details are provided in electronic form for the base document; in addition to those listed above, there is also the Series , for which there is no separate column in printed form:

Since the basis document for personnel events can be not only an order, but also a directive, a decision of the founders, etc., to support the storage of various names of documents in ZUP 3, a special field has been added to personnel documents - Document name :
If you do not fill it out, then in the SZV-TD this document will be presented as an “order”. And if you indicate a special name, for example, “order”, then this name will be indicated in the SZV-TD .
Frequently used document names can be added to a special list for later selection in personnel documents:

Before ZUP 3.1.13.188 and 3.1.10.416, the document number was taken from the Personnel document number
Starting with ZUP 3.1.13.188 and 3.1.10.416, the numbering of the “electronic” personnel document and the printed order is separated. In SZV-TD the number corresponds to the number of the printed order. Accordingly, in these releases, the Additional settings for reflecting personnel numbers in a personnel document in SZV-TD do not play a role.

If the information base up to ZUP 3.1.13.188 and 3.1.10.416 uses document number prefixes, then the output of the number depends on the parameters set in the Additional settings (Settings - Additional settings), according to the output of the prefixes:
If the Delete organization prefixes in information security from personnel order numbers , then both when printing personnel documents and when filling out information in SZV-TD the prefixes will not be filled in:
New PFR report in 2021
Its appearance will create more work for the drafters of the document. First you will need to study the form and the rules according to which it is filled out. When transmitting documentation electronically, there is a high probability of identifying errors due to which reports cannot be submitted the first time.
But employers are relieved of the need to save paper versions of work books. Many problems associated with this media disappear:
- Correcting entries with errors.
- Preparation and certification of statements.
- Compliance with deadlines and methods for issuing documents upon termination of the agreement.
By 2021, it is planned to introduce only administrative liability in the form of a warning for persons who have any problems filling out the document. Or who, in principle, did not provide information. In case of repeated violation, fines of at least 5 thousand rubles are imposed.
It is planned that, starting from 2021, the preparation of paper documents will become a thing of the past. All data regarding the work of a particular citizen will be stored only in electronic form.
If necessary, reporting may include additional information:
- Agreement with pre-retirees on the right to medical examination.
- Layout of the pension file, if the Pension Fund requires relevant information.
Important! There is also a form SVZI-TD. In fact, this is a certificate that is issued to employees if they submit relevant requests to their employers. This document is mandatory for both parties and upon dismissal. Now you can still choose a storage medium; it can be electronic or paper.
As for fines, there are not many of them introduced:
- 500 rubles for each employee in an overdue document, if reporting is submitted, but after the deadline.
- 500 rubles in case of information that is not true or filled in with errors.
- 1000 rubles for each report in case of violation of the general procedure. For example, using paper instead of digital format, using outdated forms of documentation.
Fines are added to each other for each of the employees who is present in the erroneous document. The Pension Fund draws up reports on each fact of violation. The policyholder has the right to respond to any information received. 5 calendar days are allotted for the regulatory authority to transfer the document. There are another 15 to submit existing objections. After consideration, a final decision is made. Then you can go to court if the result of the consideration of the cases is not satisfactory.
Information on the staffing status of employees as of 01/01/2020
In accordance with the rules for filling out the SZV-TD, when submitting information about an employee for the first time, it is necessary, in addition to the events with which the submission of the report is related, to indicate information about his personnel status as of January 1, 2021. That is. The last personnel event that occurred on the eve of January 1, 2021 should be shown.
In order for SZV-TD to reflect information about the employee’s personnel status as of January 1, 2021, you can use one of the options for registering these events:
Option 1 : in the last personnel document ( Hiring or Personnel Transfer ), registered on the eve of January 1, 2021, check the Reflect in the work book .

Correction of personnel measures for SZV-TD in “1C: Salary and personnel management 8”
In the 1C: Salary and Personnel Management 8 program, edition 3, personnel activities are considered transferred to the Pension Fund of Russia if the Document accepted by the Pension Fund (not edited) flag is set in the document Information on the work activities of employees, SZV-TD.
When the flag is checked, personnel documents (Hiring, Dismissal, Personnel transfer, Move to another unit, Change of qualification rank (category) and Registration of labor activity) become unavailable for editing. A warning appears in the documents that data on this event have been transferred to the Pension Fund (see Fig. 1). If necessary, you can enable the ability to edit personnel documents by clicking More - Edit Document.

Please note that if you change anything in the personnel document (for example, information about the event that was transferred to the Pension Fund, or simply cancel the event), the previous entry is registered as canceled. After re-executing the changed or canceled document, a new event will be generated. When changing the SZV-TD form, the following will be generated: the first line with previously transmitted information with a cancellation sign; the second line contains the new modified event data. When a document is removed from execution, a line is generated with previously transmitted information about the event with a cancellation sign.
If information changes in the personnel document that is not transferred to the fund (amounts of permanent accruals, the right to leave, etc.), then when the document is posted, a new event will not be created in the future.
Adjustment of transferred personnel activities
You can make adjustments to the information directly in the personnel document with which the personnel event was registered, or using the document Registration of Labor Activities (section Personnel or section Reporting, certificates - Electronic Work Books journal).
Depending on what data needs to be corrected, a decision is made on how to correct it - make changes directly to the original personnel document or use the Labor Activity Registration document. After adjusting the information about the event, it is necessary to create a new document Information on the labor activity of employees, SZV-TD.
Example 1
The employee was hired by the organization on July 20, 2020.
This information was transferred to the Pension Fund. In August, an error was discovered: the employee was hired on July 27, 2020. It is necessary to generate an adjustment in the SZV-TD form. To correct the data, the organization decided to edit it in the primary Hiring document, with which this event was registered.
Since the data was accepted by the Pension Fund (the Document accepted by the Pension Fund (not editable) flag is set), a warning is displayed at the top of the personnel document that the data on this event has been transferred to the Pension Fund and editing the document is undesirable. To change the document data, click the More button, select the Edit document command and change the incorrect data. In our Example 1, change the employee’s hiring date.
When generating the SZV-TD form for August 2021, two lines will be generated for the employee: a line indicating the cancellation of previously transmitted information and a line with correct information (Fig. 2). The date on the work computer when the personnel document information was corrected is indicated as the cancellation date.

Information with an incorrect order number was transferred to the Pension Fund of Russia.
The number with the prefix was indicated - ШФ00-000001. The organization enters order numbers into the paper work book without prefixes. To ensure that the information in electronic and paper form is the same, it was decided to submit an adjustment in the SZV-TD form. To correct the order number of a personnel event, you can use the document Registration of Labor Activities. To change previously registered events, click on the Change button (Fig. 3). The date of the event and order must be earlier than the date of the Labor Activity Registration document.

In the Work Activities document, the left side displays a list of employees for whom personnel events were registered, and the right side lists personnel events for a specific employee.
When you select an event that needs to be changed, two lines are filled in the document: one with the cancellation of a previously registered event (by default, the date of cancellation coincides with the date of the document Registration of labor activity, if necessary, it can be changed) and the second with the same data, but on which you can make the required changes.
In our Example 2, you should change the order number and then click on the Post and close button.
Information that has been changed will be reflected in the SZV-TD form automatically when it is subsequently generated (Fig. 4). A line will appear in the form indicating the cancellation of previously transmitted information and a line with the correct information.

If the program uses order numbers with a prefix (for example, ШФ00-00001) and they are entered into a paper work book, and it is necessary for such numbers to be reflected in the information, you need to uncheck the Remove organization and information security prefixes from personnel order numbers flag in the additional settings ( section Settings - Additional settings). If this option is not suitable and the database maintains its own numbering of documents, then you can manually specify the required document number in the Print as field in the personnel document. If the number is filled in in this field, it will be reflected in the SZV-TD form.
If the personnel event was registered with the document Registration of Labor Activities (for example, the program does not provide a personnel document for the event), then in case of updating this event, you must also use the Registration of Labor Activities document (button More - Change document or button Change).
Cancellation of transferred personnel activities
In order to cancel previously transmitted information on an event, you can remove from execution the personnel document with which the personnel event was registered, or enter the document Registration of Labor Activities. Next, you need to create a new document Information about the work activities of employees, SZV-TD.
Example 3
For July, information was transmitted about the employee in the SZV-TD form, since he was transferred to another position.
In August, it was discovered that the transfer had been registered incorrectly. It is necessary to formulate a cancellation of the personnel event. Since the Personnel Transfer document was registered incorrectly, it is necessary to cancel it. When generating the SZV-TD form for August, a line will automatically appear with previously transmitted information about the event with a cancellation sign (Fig. 5).

For July 2021, information was transmitted about the employee in the SZV-TD form, since he was deprived of the right, in accordance with a court verdict, to engage in driving activities.
In August, it was discovered that the information had been passed on to another employee with the same last name. It is necessary to formulate a cancellation of the personnel event. A personnel action regarding the deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities is registered with the document Registration of Labor Activities. You can add a new event to a document manually by clicking the Add button with the right mouse button in the tabular part of the document, or by clicking More, or by pressing the Ins key.
To cancel an erroneously registered personnel event, you can cancel the previously registered document Registration of Labor Activities or use the Cancel button (in our Example 4, it was decided to cancel the personnel event using the Cancel button, since the previously registered document also reflected other events, not just the one being canceled). When selecting an event that needs to be cancelled, one line is filled in the document with the cancellation of the event previously transferred to the Pension Fund of Russia (by default, the date of cancellation coincides with the date of the Registration of Labor Activities document; if necessary, it can be changed). Then click the Post and close button. Information that was canceled will be reflected in the SZV-TD form automatically when it is subsequently generated.

In the future, when you click the Check – Check upload button, the uploaded files will be checked using SZV-TD a third-party program.
Correction of data based on submitted reports
Filling out corrective or canceling information on the SZV-TD was automated in the ZUP 3.1 program, starting with versions 3.1.10.348 and 3.1.13.120 . Therefore, starting from these versions, the actions described below do not need to be performed.

If it is necessary to cancel information previously submitted for an employee, then a new form SZV-TD , where the columns of the tabular part are filled in with the original data and in the column Sign of cancellation of the entry of information about admission, transfer, dismissal, “ X ” is entered.
If it is necessary to correct previously submitted information, then in the new SZV-TD you will need to fill out two lines:
- in the first - indicate the initial data and in the column Sign of cancellation of the entry of information about admission, transfer, dismissal, set the sign “ X ”;
- in the second - enter new correct data.
If you only need to adjust the date of submission of the Application to continue maintaining the work record and/or the Application to provide information on labor activity , then in the new SZV-TD report for this employee you will simply need to indicate a new date. If there is a need to cancel information about the date of filing the application, then the previously specified date is entered SZV-TD X sign is entered Cancellation Attribute .
