Addresses and telephone numbers of Pension Fund Pension Fund branches in Moscow and Moscow Region

State registration of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities involves further cooperation with the Pension Fund.

As a rule, in large cities there may be several territorial branches of the Pension Fund. In this case, determining which branch you are assigned to may not be so easy. How can Moscow residents find out their pension fund? Especially for you, Finguru employees have prepared the following material with addresses, service areas, telephone numbers and operating hours of all branches in Moscow and the region.

You can find out the address of the pension fund branch:

Pension Fund authority code in the file name

In order to submit the SZV-M report in electronic form, the transferred files must meet the requirements of the format approved by the order of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation Board dated February 25, 2016 No. 70r. This format provides for the file name of the electronic SZV-M to be the following data set: In practice, a correctly formed SZV-M report file looks like this:

Decoding
1Indicates that the report is intended for the Pension Fund.
2The number under which the policyholder is registered as a payer of insurance premiums.
3Code of the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Russia that accepts the SZV-M report.
4Indication that it is SZV-M that is being rented.
5The period for which SZV-M is provided.
6Unique identifier of the file.
7File extension – xml.

So, as you can see, number 3 indicates the code of the territorial body of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, which accepts the SZV-M for the reporting period.
If this code is specified incorrectly, the report will simply not be accepted. As is correct, accounting programs enter this code into the reporting file automatically. However, to avoid mistakes, we suggest paying attention to the following. The code of the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Russia consists of 6 digits. These figures include:

  • the first three digits are the region code;
  • the second three digits are the area code.

Note that most often, the 6 digits that appear at the beginning of the organization’s registration number in the Pension Fund of Russia are the code of the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Russia.

We recommend that you take into account that the policyholder's insurance registration number never changes. They are assigned to an organization once and do not change if the address or region changes. However, in the event of a move, the PFR authority code will no longer correspond to the first 6 digits of the registration number. In such a situation, it makes sense to check the new code of the PFR body with the specialists of the territorial PFR body by phone.

Where and how to find out the UPFR code

Where can I find the UPFR code, how can I find it out? The easiest way is to contact the registration number of the policyholder assigned to the organization/individual entrepreneur by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. After registering the policyholder with this department, he is sent an electronic document confirming the fact of registration. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Art. 11 of Law No. 167-FZ of December 15, 2001, the policyholder also has the right to receive confirmation of the fact of registration in the form of a paper document.

The registration notice will include the policyholder's 12-digit registration number. The first 6 digits of this number will be the identifier of the territorial unit of the UPFR.

If the employer does not have registration documents on hand, you can find out your registration number in the Pension Fund in the following ways:

  • submit a request to receive an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (it will also indicate the registration number in the Pension Fund of Russia), or clarify your number and name of the Pension Fund of Russia branch using ]]>service]]> on the official website of the tax service, indicating only your TIN;
  • find the necessary information about UPFR on the official ]]>website]]> of the Russian Pension Fund;
  • by personally visiting your Pension Fund branch.

Search for a code by TIN via the Federal Tax Service website

UPFR code - how can I find out this detail using the TIN on the tax service website? The sequence of actions will be as follows:

  • Go to the service page ]]>egrul.nalog.ru]]> on the Federal Tax Service website.
  • On the “Search Criteria” tab, check the box next to “OGRN/TIN” (“OGRNIP/TIN” - for individual entrepreneurs).
  • In the appropriate field, enter the TIN of the organization/individual entrepreneur, then enter the verification code from the picture and click on the “Find” button.
  • In the search results, the user will see only brief information about the legal entity (name and basic details). The registration number of the PFR branch will not be among them.
  • In order to find out the code, you need to download a PDF file with detailed information about the organization (extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities). In the downloaded file you need to find the section “Information on registration as an insurer in the territorial body of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.” The number you are looking for will be indicated here. The first six digits of this number are the code of the desired territorial unit of the Pension Fund.

What obligations does the fund fulfill?

A whole list of particularly important functions for the population of the Russian Federation is highlighted:

  • calculation of pension payments, targeted allocation of funds to the recipient;
  • balance sheet comparison and strict identification of all contributions sent as contributions from entities to the pension fund;
  • social payments are being implemented to certain categories of citizens who have special merits - war participants (including injured and disabled), awarded the star of the Hero of the Soviet Union or Hero of Russia, having state awards;
  • maintaining a database containing personal information on persons who are entitled to various pension compensations;
  • organizing work with organizations and legal entities that make contributions to the fund, as well as debt collection;
  • registration work on the issuance and execution of certificates guaranteeing receipt of maternity capital;
  • transfer of funds to direct recipients of family capital;
  • distribution and control over the movement of financial flows of the pension system;
  • implementation of a state program aimed at supporting independent savings of the insurance part of a pension (the “Thousand for a Thousand” program);
  • management of insurance funds that the fund receives from compulsory pension and health insurance programs;
  • implementation of the President's instructions on additional payments to people of retirement age aimed at increasing income and the minimum wage.

The most significant labor-intensive function is the fund’s control over organizations, as well as self-employed citizens, who are required by law to send insurance pension contributions. For these purposes, records are kept on a special personalized account of the insured citizen. This procedure is carried out for every resident of the country. These requirements are legally prescribed by federal law number 23, adopted on April 1, 1996. For citizens, this makes it easier to control their pension savings - a SNILS number is enough to check how correctly the employer transfers contributions to the pension fund.

How to do it

The procedure for registering legal entities obliges them to register in the Unified Register even when they are created. The same applies to individual entrepreneurs (small or medium-level businessmen).

After the procedure, the company receives its own unique number. And using the registration number, it will be possible to check the code of the territorial location of the Pension Fund to which it is linked.

  5. Calculate the amount of authorized capital, but not less than 10 thousand rubles.
  6. Draw up documents on the founders and the elected general director.
  7. Issue the Charter of the emerging LLC.
  8. Fill out the application form, which is submitted to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurship. Form form No. P11001.
  9. Pay the state fee. In 2021, the amount of the fee for registering a legal entity. persons – 4000 rub.
  10. Make a separate package of papers for the transition to the simplified taxation system (Simplified Taxation System), if necessary.

After the necessary papers for the enterprise are prepared, they are submitted to the registration authority (Unified State Register of Legal Entities or Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs), as well as to the Federal Tax Service, its territorial division at the place of registration of the company or non-profit organization.

If there are no errors in the application or documentation, the company will be registered within 3 working days, maximum. After registration, a certificate and an extract will be issued. In these documents, immediately below the name, there is a registration code, the combination of numbers of which also includes the Fund’s code.

When to register

The code of the territorial body of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation is located in the registration number of the enterprise or individual entrepreneur (individual entrepreneur) registered with the relevant government agencies. This is determined by the Procedure for conducting registration activities (points 10 and 24 of the Procedure).

Therefore, in order to receive pension benefits for its hired employees, the enterprise will first need to undergo the appropriate registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities). After which, the enterprise is registered with the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Russia.

One of the most common mistakes made by policyholders when electronically filling out the SZV-M report is incorrectly indicating the code of the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Russia. As a result, problems arise with submitting the report: if the code is indicated incorrectly or is missing altogether, the Pension Fund will not accept the information. UPFR code - how to find it out? Can this be done without submitting a request to the department? The answers to these and other questions are in our material.

What it is

PFR is the Pension Fund of Russia. The organization is based on a government agency. Its tasks are to provide socially significant services to the population by providing benefits to citizens at retirement age.

The fund operates on the basis of government Resolution of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR No. 442-1 of December 22, 1990. It is an extra-budgetary formation despite state registration.

How the Pension Fund is built and formed:

  • 8 federal level institutions - PFR departments;
  • 83 branches in the subject;
  • 2500 territorial regional departments;
  • In total, the Pension Fund employs over 130 thousand employees.

The Executive Directorate has the prerogative to control and regulate the executive part of the Fund.

Functions of the Pension Fund:

  1. Manage all system tools.
  2. Be a participant in co-financing programs in cooperation with government agencies.
  3. Assign monthly pension amounts.
  4. Organize payments to policyholders, beneficiaries, special categories of citizens (veterans, disabled people, etc.).
  5. Keep records of contributions received from policyholders.
  6. Maintain and maintain records of the personification database - citizens employed at enterprises.
  7. Collect arrears of premiums from policyholders.
  8. Prepare and issue maternity capital certificates (hereinafter referred to as MK).
  9. Make cash payments based on the MK certificate.
  10. Administer insurance funds (since 2010).
  11. Establish and pay additional amounts to pensions (since 2010).

The policyholders are:

  • citizens;
  • employers – enterprises, organizations, etc.

The insured can be either individual individuals or any legal entity with employees. Before policyholders and other participants, pension administrations act as legal entities.

Therefore, a 12-digit code is created, where 6 digits indicate the territorial pension administrative entity, and the rest of the number refers to the policyholder or policyholder-employer (registered user of the insurance).

In the reporting documentation files, you can find out the code of the territorial body of the Pension Fund of Russia by looking at the first 6 digits:

  1. The first part is 3 digits. This is the encoding of the region where the tax institution (FTS) linked to the Pension Fund is located. Plus, the value 010 is necessarily added to such a code;
  2. The second part is 3 digits. This is the code of the district and region where the insured-employer and the Pension Fund itself are directly located.

Region codes are shown in the special Classifier of territorial entities of the Pension Fund of Russia. It can be found in Letter of the Fund No. AK-15-26/6863 dated June 30, 2006, or in Letter of the FFOMS (Federal Mandatory Medical Insurance Fund) No. 4499/91-i dated June 22, 2006.

For example, in Moscow and the region of the capital of Russia there is a Federal Tax Service code - 050, which is entered in the coding of the pension territorial entity as the first three digits. But you should always add 010 to this value.

Thus we get:

If the Foundation changed its location in the area, then the second part of the first 6 digits of the code will be changed according to the new address. The regional combination of the first 3 digits will remain the same. Because changes took place within the region.

Typically, such a code is indicated by an enterprise accountant when filling out a database or personalized accounting documentation (SZV-M, etc.).

Codes are generated when registering an enterprise where people are employed. Labor units must be insured by the Pension Fund of Russia. When registering an enterprise with the Fund, all data on it is entered into a special journal or database. The unique legal code is also indicated there. faces.

Do you always know which NPF you are a member of?

Some Russians are faced with a situation where the name of the NPF to which employer contributions are transferred is unknown.

This can happen for 2 reasons:

  1. The man simply forgot which fund he entered into an agreement with many years ago.
  2. The citizen has entered into an agreement with the fund, but he himself does not know about it.

This happens if a person, for example, once came for an “interview” and was given the opportunity to fill out a form and sign some papers. “Interviews” are organized by unscrupulous non-state pension funds, which thus increase the number of their clients.

The danger of checking a pension fund via the Internet

Many sites offer to quickly find out your NPF using SNILS or passport data. They ask you to enter document details, which they can later use for their own purposes.

Another type of fraud is charging for a service. The site prompts you to log in and asks you to send an SMS to the number. As a result, money is debited from the account.

Under no circumstances should you trust such online resources. The only sites where you can safely, freely and guaranteed find out about your pension are State Services and the official website of the Pension Fund.
