You can argue, say that you are buying a product, and a taxi is a service. But when you buy a plane or train ticket, they give you a receipt along with the ticket. And this is a service. 1. The name of the document, for example, Receipt for payment for the use of a passenger taxi;
2. Series and 6-digit number of the form, which is issued when making a payment;
3. Form of organization (full name for individual entrepreneurs, full name for LLC) carrying out transportation, indicating the main details - address, telephone numbers, Taxpayer Identification Number;
4. The number (date) when the taxi strict reporting form was issued;
5. The cost of the service provided, that is, the amount of the taxi ride, plus additional services, if provided;
6. Last name, first name and patronymic of the driver who made the payment and his signature;
7. Stamp of an LLC or individual entrepreneur.

It is worth noting that from July 1, 2021, all drivers are required to have an online cash register. The cashier will print the form itself. It must meet these requirements:

1. Tax status of the person providing the service;
2. Serial number of the fiscal drive;
3. Internet address of the fiscal data operator;
4. Date, time and place where the calculation was made;
5. Calculation indicator (income or expense);
6. Services list;
7. Settlement amount. In this case, VAT and your tax rate must be indicated separately;
8. If a passenger needs BSO in electronic form, then there must be his email or phone number;
9. How was the payment made (cash, bank transfer).

Are taxi drivers required to give receipts?

If the services of an online aggregator are used for ordering, the chance of receiving a taxi receipt for accounting increases with non-cash payment - when the employee pays for the trip with a plastic card or electronic money. But the circle of carriers cooperating with Yandex or other similar intermediary services is small. Most taxi drivers work for themselves and prefer cash. In addition, Moscow is a huge city, and it is easier to find a law-abiding carrier, while in other Russian cities taxi drivers do not often issue receipts. But what if you need to go urgently?

It is enough to remind the driver of the requirements of Federal Law No. 54 of May 22, 2003 and the Rules for the Transportation of Passengers, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2009 No. 112. They state that all persons carrying out such transportation are required to issue passengers a cash receipt or a strict reporting form (BSO) at the time of payment, taking into account the example of filling out a taxi receipt. Failure to comply with this requirement or refusal may result in fines under Art. 11.14.1 Code of Administrative Offences:

• for the driver - 1000 rubles;
• for officials and individual entrepreneurs - 10,000 rubles;
• for organizations - 30,000 rubles.

The carrier may be deprived of its license if it violates the requirements not for the first time. But the threat of such punishment will have an effect if a legal carrier is operating. If you use private services, there is practically no chance of getting taxi receipts for your trip for your accounting department.

Is it necessary to have a BSO?

In accordance with the law of the Russian Federation, any strict reporting form is, first of all, a document designed to confirm the transfer of funds from an individual to an economic entity, which is an individual entrepreneur or organization. Such a transfer will be regarded as payment for a service provided to an individual.

Over time, laws begin to be revised and adjusted to the realities of the time, so you should carefully monitor all changes to avoid unpleasant situations.

Currently, BSO is regulated by two laws:

1. old federal number 54;
2. and its new edition.

Despite the fact that new legal norms regarding BSO have been adopted, at the moment it is not at all necessary to follow them for the reason that this innovation has fallen under a transition period and requires adaptation. Therefore, many still cannot understand whether this document is necessary now or can be delayed.

The legislation already has a condition that all drivers, without exception, must obey: issue a receipt for each trip in accordance with Federal Law Art. 31 clause 5 No. 259-FZ dated 08.11.2007

Ignoring these rules will result in a fine. According to the law, failure to issue a document is punishable by a fine of 1 thousand rubles. for an individual, 10 thousand rubles. for an official and 30 thousand rubles. for the organization. All this is enshrined in Federal Law Art. 11.14.1 for No. 195-FZ dated December 30, 2001

If at the moment the driver does not have a BSO, then there is nothing critical about it. And if he has to undergo photo control, then any other document (VU or STS) can be uploaded to the application. Since the form falls under the transition period, its presence on the driver’s person will tell only one thing: this is a law-abiding citizen who strives to follow all recommendations so as not to be subject to penalties. Failure to obtain a document today will not result in a fine.

But this provision only applies to taxi operations. All other service providers must use a strict reporting form to avoid embarrassment and liability to law enforcement agencies. But it is better in each individual case to obtain recommendation advice from a competent person.

And with a strict reporting form, you can easily pass DQC - remote quality control.

In the end, I would like to emphasize that the BSO form for Yandex Taxi is a very necessary thing that brings benefits to its owner. But for its absence, at least for now, the driver will not be fined.

If the Yandex Taxi driver does not have a strict reporting form during photo control, there is nothing to worry about. During photo control, you can provide the inspectors with a vehicle registration certificate and a driver’s license. But, if you print out the BSO forms, this will be a good plus in your favor. Yandex Taxi suggests the possibility of directly receiving documents for completed trips to the user’s email. However, in order to download the report, the function must be enabled by the client in advance in the application settings.

To enable this function you must:

1. Open the aggregator application on your mobile device and log into it by entering your username and password.
2. After logging into your user account, click the “Menu” button.
3. Next, look for the “Mail” section.
4. Click the "Add mail" button. In the form that appears, enter a valid email address, to which letters from the aggregator will be sent, regardless of the payment option - cash or electronic money.

Should I give a check?

If a taxi operates on a legal basis, then a receipt must be provided. If the driver refuses to provide the document, the citizen has the right to complain to the regional Ministry of Transport and Rospotrebnadzor. This is appropriate when the driver works legally and “conducts” transportation through the cash register.

Some taxi drivers prefer to cooperate with dispatchers-companies that provide intermediary services.

If the driver refuses to issue a check, then fines of up to 10 thousand rubles may be collected from him.

How to fill out - rules and procedure

When filling out the BSO, the individual entrepreneur must strictly comply with the following requirements:

• The original strict reporting form or its main part (if a tear-off BSO is used) is transferred to the client (payer of the money). A copy or spine (if a tear-off BSO is used) remains with the entrepreneur (recipient of the money) and is subject to regulated accounting/storage.
• If the BSO does not contain a tear-off part, it should be filled out in 2-3 copies. The use of carbon paper/impregnation is permitted.
• Registration of the BSO is carried out immediately after accepting money from the client (customer). Filling out the form in advance or too late is not permitted.
• A copy of the form handed over to the buyer is immediately recorded in the BSO journal-register.
• Errors, blots, crossing outs, corrections, and false information are not permitted. If they do appear, the form is considered damaged. It cannot be thrown away. The responsible entity (or, alternatively, the individual entrepreneur himself) is obliged to cross out the damaged form (with a mark indicating damage on it), number it, record the relevant information in the accounting journal, and store it for a five-year period.

The rule requiring the issuance of receipts to taxi customers is aimed at creating a tax base and controlling the expenses and income of citizens. • all information provided on the check must be clearly visible;
• sample size is the same;
• uneven coloring of text, “cut” sheets and other defects that can occur in a printing shop are unacceptable when it comes to checks.

Do not add anything extra “of your own” to the sample. Since Yandex Taxi forms are financial accounting and control tools, they cannot contain the following data:

• advertising slogans;
• drawings;
• “exotic” fonts;
• discount information for your next trip;
• information about the service employee that is not related to his driving activities.
